There are 100,000 annual complaints about sky-high bills and shoddy jobs/services, which cost Britain £1billion a year.
Many companies will provide an extremely poor service and once completed may seem to disappear of the face of the earth with your money leaving you in a worse position than you started.
Many people don’t report these situations to the police making it almost impossible to track the people involved.
What we do is make sure that people are who they say they are.
Not only do our suppliers have to pass rigorous tests before becoming Coops registered but we monitor the company throughout the year ensuring the service offered remains at a high standard.
Our aim is to provide you with all the information you need regarding the service you require ensuring every confidence when making your choice.
We see it as if a business is not Coops registered why aren’t they ? Would they be happy to register with Coops before providing you with a service, if not why?
We recommend you ask any business if they are Coops register before event thinking about using the service.
Becoming Coops registered is a small price to pay to show that the business values you as a customer.
What about the business itself ?
We are fully aware that over 70% of all businesses in the UK are set-up correctly that provide a service which meets all legal requirements however the quality of the service is not measured in anyway.
Coops Limited not only vets companies when they register but we also monitor the business throughout the year.
To enable us to provide accurate information we require feedback in relation to the quality of service you have received or currently receiving, you can enter a review on the website which not only provides valuable information to any other customers hoping to use the supplier but it also allows the business to monitor and control the quality of the service provided.
We also allow you to rate the business in four key areas which will then provide an overall Coops star rating which can be viewed by all customers on the web site.
We appreciate that not everyone will complete a review so we ask each business (every six months) to provide us with details of customers they have provided a service for or currently providing a service within the last six months we then contact these people for further information so even if you have not submitted a view on the website expect a phone call from us very soon.
What makes us different ?
All companies Coops registered are displayed on the web site.
As a customer you do not have to pay or even subscribe to view the contact details however subscribing is very easy and free of charge and will provide you with more information and functionality on the web site.
We don’t have any secrets we just want to provide you with factual information regarding quality vetted businesses.
To view supplier’s information in more detail such as Coops star rating or to write reviews etc we require you to register with thus enabling us to control the service to ensure that information submitted is from a reliable source and feedback is justified.
We are working very closely with Schools, county councils, recruitment agency’s, estate agents and insurance companies and many more to only use Coops registered companies not only to improve their service but to give you that added security when maybe a service is being provided to you which is out of your control.
We work very closely with Companies house (The official UK government register of UK companies) to give you that extra added security when helping you make the right choice.
